2012 TAX AUDIT SUCCESS

My wife and I were recently audited by the state of Minnesota because they never saw anything like we have through RaPower3! The state asked for information verifying what we are doing to be receiving all the tax benefits from the federal government. With RaPower3's help, we turned in all the necessary information that proved without a doubt that my taxes were done correctly last year and that everything we received was correct. (Approx. $19,000.00 back from the federal and state).

Our tax person was really impressed with how organized my wife was in making sure we had everything we needed going into out tax appointment. We were told the representative from the Minnesota state tax office stated that we just "paved the way" for all other RaPower3 members in the state of Minnesota.

They won't need to really worry about themselves being audited because they said our tax information was correct and were completely happy with our tax returns.

We are now getting ready for our tax appointment in about 2 weeks and hopefully will report GREAT news with this year's return. See you at the convention in June!

2012 TAX REFUNDS

FROM KYLE:

Thank you. I wanted to let you know that I got roughly $9200 back this year after filing my taxes. I will be giving 70% back to you and that leaves me with $2760 this year. Awesome. My CPA also indicated to me that since I purchased 20 units, I will have about another 3 years of not having to pay taxes. This is a great investment.

FROM ANDREA:

Andrea purchased two systems for her 2010 taxes and one for her 2011 taxes. She only makes $24,000 a year and because she's single, they take a lot out: $2,688. Well last year she got everything back plus even more from the state. Plus, she was able to carryforward $845 of her tax credit. She just sent in her taxes and will get all $2,688 back plus $565 from the state. So, between the two years, Andrea will receive back $1,400 more in net money to spend because of RaPower3.

She is one happy camper.

AND SO IT IS WITH RAPOWER3: WHETHER YOU MAKE TONS OF MONEY ARE JUST A LITTLE; EVERYONE MAKES MONEY WITH RAPOWER3 AS LONG AS YOU ARE A TAXPAYER.

S.D. paid about $50,000 up front for his systems. They just got back $213,000 from the IRS. So what do they do now? Give RaPower3 $100,000 and pocket the rest. Then with each check that comes in the future, just give us 70% and pocket the rest. We want to always put you in a position to make money at every turn.

Nicholas Kontos is from Florida and he's signed many, many new RaPower3 Team Members. He just heard from one of them:

"Hey Brother.
I wanted to thank you for introducing me to this RaPower3 opportunity. All my taxes have been reduced to zero with the 5 systems I purchased. I was basically able to convert $40K from my IRA to my Roth IRA and pay no taxes on the $40K. Since my wife does not work, plus kids and a rental home, I was able to make other deductions so I will be receiving money back to pay for the 5 systems. In total, I netted about $15K from my tax refund.

That's awesome! Rafael"

PAST SUCCESS STORIES WITH REFUNDS & AUDITS

Richard B. used our .0007 formula. His calculations below have been approved.

THE FORMULA:

I PURCHASED 85 SYSTEMS:

85 X $1,050 = $89,250. Down Payment
Up Front money I paid earlier 10% or $8,925.
What I anticipate I might get back: $31,000 going back to 2009 and $2,000 for this year.

This totals $33,000 for my federal refund check.
How much do I give RaPower3 out of that $33,000?

I simply subtract double the upfront amount of $8,925 or $17,850 from the $33,000.
This equals $15,150 and this is what I pay RaPower3 next May.
I POCKET THE REST! $17,850!
This is a sweet, sweet deal for me.

I still owe you $65,175 and I will pay that in the next tax years to come.

Thanks, Richard B.

Greg,

D.M., one of our longer-time RaPower3 Team Members states, “I did a $64,000 IRA to Roth IRA conversion in 2010 and also earned a six-figure income, so needless to say, my income was very high since the $64,000 was added to my other income. I thought I would need to split the $64,000 in half and treat it as income in both 2011 and 2012. As it turned out, due primarily to large unused tax credits from RaPower3/IAUS as well as big depreciation deductions, I received a full refund of the $6,300 that was withheld in 2010, and I'm fully paid up on both the six figure income AND the $64,000 Roth IRA conversion! I don't have to worry about paying taxes on the $64,000 in 2011 and 2012.”

C.P. writes, "This year I have been refunded $7,100 for 2009, and $11,500 for 2010 federal taxes and approximately $2200 for 2010 state taxes.”

Our records show that we got in about $100,000 for October 2011 in refunds that was supposed to be refunded in May. So the IRS sometimes demands more forms to filled out to delay things, but at RaPower3 we don't demand your payment until the IRS makes their payment.

There is also about $700,000 that should come in this November 2011.

One of our bigger purchasers got audited in 2011. He explained the audit to me. "They went right by the Solar Tax Credits and Depreciation which were sizable and said that they were OK. What they were concerned about were my charitable contributions." After all was said and done, our RaPower3 Team Member got an additional $13,000 back from the IRS.
